/config staff add-role <role>

Grant a role access to every ticket.

/config staff remove-role <role>

Revoke a role's server-wide ticket access.

/config channels log <channel>

Set the channel for ticket open and close logs.

/config channels transcripts <channel>

Set the channel for closed-ticket transcripts.

/config ticket-limit <amount>

Set how many open tickets a user can have.

/config autoclose <enabled> <inactivity_minutes?> <warn_minutes?>

Configure automatic closing of inactive tickets.

/queue

Show the unclaimed ticket queue.

Claim this ticket.

Open a ticket, optionally using a saved template.

Release your claim on this ticket.

Assign this ticket to a staff member.

/ticket lock

Prevent the ticket opener from sending messages.

Allow the ticket opener to send messages again.
