Terms of service

1. What JustTickets does
JustTickets is a Discord ticket-management bot and web dashboard. It lets server owners create panels and categories, ask questions before a ticket opens, route tickets to channels, and control staff access. Staff can claim, assign, lock, unlock, rename, prioritize, add participants, add notes, and close tickets. Depending on server settings, JustTickets can mention staff, automatically close inactive tickets, save transcripts, send close notifications, and ask ticket openers for a rating.
2. Using the service
Use JustTickets only in servers where you have permission to install and configure bots. You are responsible for selecting roles, channels, questions, retention settings, and messages, and for telling members how their information is used. Do not use JustTickets to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or collect information unlawfully. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other policies.
3. Administrator responsibility
JustTickets follows each server's configuration. Administrators control who can see tickets, where logs and transcripts go, whether ratings are requested, and whether openers can close or reopen tickets. You are responsible for reviewing those settings and for content handled through your server.
4. Availability
JustTickets depends on Discord, the bot host, the database, and the dashboard host. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, rate limits, or provider changes. The early-access service is provided on an "as available" basis; uninterrupted operation is not promised.
5. Changes and termination
Features and these terms may change as JustTickets develops. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse. An administrator can remove the bot at any time; removal does not automatically erase records already stored.
6. Disclaimer
JustTickets is a support tool, not a moderation, legal, security, or emergency-response service. You remain responsible for decisions made using tickets, ratings, transcripts, and dashboard information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, use is at your own risk.
7. GDPR and privacy
Where applicable, the server owner is responsible for choosing the lawful basis, providing notices to members, and responding to requests about that server's ticket data. JustTickets provides tools and retention controls but does not replace the administrator's GDPR responsibilities. JustTickets will assist with valid data-protection requests subject to verification, legal exceptions, and its role as a processor or provider.
8. Contact
Questions can be sent through the JustTickets support server. Replace this contact method with your business email or legal contact before publishing.
